The Big Scary World of Property Ownership! 2016 has been an interesting year for my wife and I. The story begins when we received our permanent residence approval letter. Within 3 months we found ourselves on a plane heading to Australia. When we got here, we started exploring options for property ownership and we quickly realise how different legislation, banking and property ownership would be. Owning our first home in Australia now seemed like an overwhelmingly big task – it was very scary. Our next option was to find a way to cut the learning curve to achieve our goals with minimum delays. And after some quick searching online, we stumbled upon Aussie Mortgage Partners. We soon met up with Linda which was great in explaining all we needed to know about property ownership. We were not obligated during this exploratory meeting to sign up but felt comfortable enough to allow her to be our broker. Long story short – Linda jump through many hoops to get us what we needed and she’s been great by giving us good advice and guidance along the way. We now own a little town house near Parramatta and we’re happy to report that the big scary ownership of our first property is really not too scary if you have the right people to guide you along the way. p/s: And it sure helps when you get great rates for your loan :)

Through our previous Broker we promised that the BIG Bank Lender will be okay to lend us loan for our property investment. Long story short after long and winding upsetting drama with the Big Bank team they finally reject our proposal! 1 week before settlement date!!!!! We have all docs and our business is very healthy with enough fund to cover the services. Then came along Linda Low that somehow pop up in our mind and since then the process went very well. She works with us through the hardest time day and night weekend and found more evidence to proof we are capable to handle this loan which BIG Bank unprofessionally could even see.
