A huge thank you to anh Linh, Japhet, Trinh, and the entire MCT team for making our home loan and home buying journey so smooth, stress-free, and efficient. At the beginning, another broker told us that our family didn’t have enough borrowing capacity to purchase the home we wanted. Thankfully, we found anh Linh and his team carefully reviewed our situation, guided us through every step, and helped us secure the loan to buy our dream home. The most impressive part was during settlement. The vendor was purchasing another property under a bridging loan, but their conveyancer accidentally entered the settlement date as the 8th instead of the 28th in the contract. As a result, we were unexpectedly required to settle 20 days earlier than planned. With only three days to make everything happen, we thought it would be impossible. However, anh Linh, Japhet, and Trinh worked incredibly hard and coordinated closely with our conveyancer to complete the early settlement on time. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a successful outcome.
