Elijah and Lucas organised a refinance for my home loan and made every step of the process feel easy and straightforward. I had been putting off doing it for over a year, but once I asked them about it they made it happen super quickly. Their approachable and upbeat communication style made it much less intimidating than I’d expected, they took into consideration my bank preference, and STILL got me a better deal than my old one. They untangled the maze of finance lingo into terminology that even a finance noob like me could understand, with helpful videos, regular check ins and lots of reassurance. No question was too silly for them (at least, if it was, they didn’t let on 😅). Highly recommend these guys! Keep up the great work!
