Excellent communication and service As first home buyers, my wife and I were a little in the dark about how to proceed about entering into the market. A colleague of my wife recommended Lucas Elliot from NRG Finance to us and he was very flexible, friendly and met with us after work hours. He advised us of the different options, borrowing capacity and what we should be looking out for. During the whole process he was very informative and kept us in the loop. Even when we had an issue with one of the major lenders, Lucas was pro-active to the situation and gave us another option within the day with another lender.
