I was very impressed with all aspects of Claremont Financial in our recent refinance. I had met with multiple new brokers and Lucas stood out in terms of his level of organisation, communication skills and knowledge. We had our initial meeting on a Monday, and by Wednesday he had emailed through all borrowing options all clearly set out in a comparable table, for me to think through. Every process was streamlined and Lucas or Lauren would follow up with a call to check I understood what to do next.
