Highly recommend!! I was lost as to where to begin when I wanted to buy a property at the age of 23. I had no idea how to even deal all the paperwork let alone who to approach about it. I went to so many people to learn more about the subject and to educate myself.. and I felt as if I could not trust many of the brokers until I met Lumbini, at Mel Finance. Right after the first phone call he had swiftly addressed most of my concerns and literally gave me a step by step outlining of the process. That's when knew that I finally found the right place. Knowing exactly what was required relieved a great weight off of my shoulders. They addressed my every problem and guided me through every step of the way. Mel finances had different experts to support throughout the entire process, which was quite convenient. Two weeks after I approached them I was looking at settling the loan for my dream house. Where do I start? I wish I could give you more than 5 stars. We were initially frustrated and feeling defeated with getting loans and buying our first home because every mortgage broker kept ghosting us or saying to wait and come back when our situation changed. I was on a partner visa and only my husband was a permanent resident, which made it even more challenging. Both independent brokers and those from banks kept pushing us away. That’s when we found Lumbini, an excellent mortgage broker. Lumbini made our first home-buying journey so stress-free and smooth. He took the time to help us understand the process and worked incredibly hard to achieve our goal. A significant highlight was when I got my permanent residency in the middle of the house-buying process. Despite having all loans and contracts signed with a previous bank, Lumbini impressed us by securing a loan with different lenders who waived LMI (special condition). He got our loan approved in just two days! Lumbini was attentive with our emails and clear and transparent with communication.
