My partner and I had purchased property with another financial institution. About a week before settlement this institution (after previously giving us pre-approval) declined our finance. This institution gave us no indication that anything was wrong and the settlement process with this bank had been 99% approved (or so we were told). This left us in a vulnerable spot as if we didn’t get finance prior to settlement we wouldn’t just lose the property but also our deposit. At this point we made a call to Lynne GOSS at Loan Market Mortgage Brokers. Lynne immediately began to take hold of our situation with both hands. She worked tirelessly and managed to pull off what we think is a miracle and get us our finance through another institution. Lynne put our minds at ease, dealing with all other parties to get our finance sorted. Not only did Lynne manage to get us finance in such short time, our new financier required 20% less of a deposit than our original financier and we managed to avoid LMI unlike our previous financier. I would strongly recommend Lynne for anyone looking for Mortgage Brokerage. My only regret is not trying her sooner!
