Do yourself a favour and get in contact with Mal NOW! A better experience I very much doubt you could get. We never even met face to face (except Skype), however felt very connected through the whole experience. He was a big part of our lives for a good part of 6 weeks, and now we are super comfy and settled in our new beautiful home, we’re gonna miss him and our almost daily chats with him!! This is our first home, and our first venture into serious financing. As such, even with the research we had done, we felt we were going in a little blind. I’m still not exactly sure how we ended up with Mal as we were referred through a couple of people, but gee am I stoked that we did! My initial concerns that we were geographically 2000km’s away from where Malcolm runs his business from were immediately washed away by his care, honesty, professionalism, and extremely approachable and friendly manner. We haven’t done this before, but I cannot feasibly or for the life of me imagine how it could possibly go any better than the service and care we received from Mal! The way he patiently answered all (yes all, as it was my wife, myself, and my Mum who helped go guarantor) of our queries either immediately, or as soon as he received a message. He was so proactive and explained everything in perfect detail,.... not to mention the awesome deal he brokered for us! But the most impressive thing for me about Mal was this,..... now, I totally understand that this is his business that he deals with day in and day out. I’m sure he’s set up hundreds of lucky folk in their own homes or with other finance, and could very easily feel like a process to him and in turn us, however this is where Mal really excelled. It was like it was his first sale ( not in a bad way! As I said, I couldn’t imagine a more professional and competent person helping us through this) in that he invested himself and became a part of our emotional rollercoaster the whole way, feeling and understanding the apprehension, nervousness, passion, but most importantly the excitement and emotion of improving our families life with the huge prospect of owning our own home. He really was a part of our team and family during this time. Thank you again so much Mal - you are are a true gentleman and an asset to your industry and an all round SUPERSTAR. Do yourselves a favour and get this man involved in your life. He’s one of the ‘good guys’ in this world for sure.
