The story of us buying our "home" is crazy. Long story short, we went out and bought our home on a whim. The craziness of events was such that we realized that we didn't have pre-approval for the loan when we would need to buy the home. Our trump card we realized in retrospect was having Mansi by our side. We called her on a Saturday evening to tell her that we want to buy a house and that we needed the loan to be approved in a week. She was such a life-saver and suggested that we go to multiple Banks and see who comes up with the approval the quickest. She had the knowledge and understanding of which Bank would mostly be able to serve us and what all documents and proofs we will need to be ready with given our circumstances. Eventually, even by Thursday-Early Friday when there was no sign of approval coming in, we had given up hopes and had started to take lessons on how we shouldn't get ourselves into such situations. But, Mansi had not given up - on the Indian festival of Karvachauth, when wives pray for husband's wellbeing, she was praying for our loan to be approved. Hope she prayed for her husband too ! 🤣 She also visited the Bank to personally give one final push to make sure we get an approval by the end of day Friday. It was truly unbelievable how she managed to achieve the impossible in one week !! The above is not the only one experience, when we were getting our second investment property back in April 2025, that was another crazy experience for us. Somehow the settlement for these things tend to clash exactly when they shouldn't ! We were visiting India exactly during that time - not ideal to manage a loan settlement when you are on international roaming and different time-zones !! But again, with Mansi in our team, she made the experience smooth and getting the settlement done during our time in India without any delays. Not only that, when the staged payment invoices for that property kicked in, it was right when she was on her year-end vacation time. Mansi managed it seamlessly even when she was away on vacation and made sure there was no delays or hold-ups in the payment !! We highly recommend Mansi to anyone who is looking for an excellent Mortgage Broker.
