Mark helped us get our first home and was so amazing throughout the whole process. He was recommended to us through our friends who also had a great experience with him. When we first met he made the effort to come to our house for a few hours to explain the full process in detail and made the daunting task of buying a house very achievable. Mark was very good at explaining things in the terms that we could understand and made sure we were able to follow along. Throughout the process he was very kind and put up with all of my text messages and phone calls with all sorts of questions. With our busy work schedule he always made time for us and worked after hours when we needed it and always got back to me within a day. Mark had our finance approved within the first week after our contact was signed and it was smooth sailing from there. We had no issues with him at all and wouldn't hesitate recommending him. It's now 7 months down the track and I've messaged Mark another question and he has already called me back and answered my questions once again.
