We chose the Loan Market at Clayfield purely based on reading reviews. When you read enough reviews, you get a sense as to the genuineness of the sentiments expressed. We needed to secure a loan to buy a property, we were looking for the magic. Once you commit to the process, success or failure hinges on the talents and skills of this choice. We were a little bit up against it from the start, given we are in or fifties. Mark Harvey and Doreen Westerhuis, who are, Loan Market Clayfield really know their business, that much becomes obvious from the get go. In a highly personable style, they weighed up all the strengths and weaknesses of our situation, explaining anything we did not understand, in way that did not make us feel like simpletons. We never felt rushed or pressured, we immediately knew, if we were to have a chance, it was with them. They developed a strategy, gave us options, and went to work. In no time they delivered a positive outcome. Unfortunately at the time, we were a little ways off finding a suitable property to purchase, one that met all our criteria. This search took a little longer then we had hoped. Mark and Doreen kept the ember burning, stayed in touch, words of encouragement, always at the ready for when we were finally ready to press play. When we did find our dream home, they recommended great legal advice, they sprang into action with their side of things, and the whole process has been a cake walk, quite amazing really. It's a big thing buying a property, emotionally taxing, it takes quite a bit of effort to bring together, all the planets have to align.
