Edit Update 2020: Well it has been a while and two RBA rate reductions since my last review so perhaps an update. With the first rate drop, unfortunately the loyal customers did not get the full rate drop, only half . With the Melbourne cup rate drop, still no word, but I believe there will be no rate drop for current loyal customers. Quite disappointing. Edit: Update. Freedom Lend were able to pass on both RBA drops in full for my loan which was greatly appreciated. Can not recommend them highly enough. Mark was professional throughout our two loans and managed to get us a great rate. Been a loyal customer for years. The lender also passed on the full RBA drop prior to the last. Am hopeful the last one is also passed on to it's loyal customers.
