We worked with Mark during the settlement of our new home and again for our recent refinance. Overall, the process was very smooth and straightforward. Mark took the time to clearly explain the refinancing process and guided us through each step. The document submission app was easy to use, and once we had submitted our documents, he regularly kept in touch to update us on the progress and advise us on the next steps. Communication was generally excellent, with prompt responses and regular follow-ups to ensure everything was on track. When our loan approval came through, Mark arranged an appointment to walk us through the documents before signing, which we found very helpful and reassuring. There was one instance where we raised some questions regarding parts of the documents and did not receive a response before we proceeded with submission. However, this did not significantly impact the overall experience. We would rate our experience 8 out of 10 for assistance, friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge. We have continued to use Mark as our broker since purchasing our home and have no plans to change, as we value the service and support he has provided throughout our journey.
