MARK O'REILLY was referred to me by a friend – I was going through a separation, and after a lengthy mediation process I essentially won everything that was important – The kids, the house and my car. However, in order to keep the house I required mortgage to pay out the other party. Everything I had fought for was at stake! I must send my friend some flowers, because Mark is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. The work Mark has done, under very tight timeframes, is well and truly above and beyond what any broker would normally do. Notably, Mark maintained composure and patience, when I was emotional and frantic. He guided me through the entire process, step-by-step, promptly advising of requirements and keeping me informed of what to expect at every stage. Not everything went to plan (no fault of Mark’s at all) and consequently that reduced timeframes/increased the pressure (and my anxiety)… and to say I was getting desperate is an understatement. I genuinely thought I was done for and it was all for nothing – If I lost the house, I may lose the kids… not to mention the unnecessary additional cost of moving/storage, going into a super-tight rental market – The nightmare I imagined ahead of me if this didn’t work out was almost too much to bare. However, Mark was on top of it, and he didn’t give up for a moment. He found the light at the end of a very, very long tunnel. It’s thanks Mark and his team pushing through, when all seemed lost, that I now get to enjoy being a father to my kids, in our family home. I have literally shed tears of joy and relief, because Mark came through for me… these words seem so insufficient to convey exactly the amazing job Mark has done – For anyone reading this… Mark is THE BEST and if you don’t use Mark for your Home Loan, you are already settling for less.
