Mark Terhoeve is a Mortgage Broker based in Joondalup, WA. Mark’s strong customer focus and friendly manner, combined with his detailed knowledge and understanding of lending practices and loan products, give him the skills necessary to simplify the process for his clients when choosing an appropriate loan and lender.
Mark has been very successful in our company awards and is highly regarded amongst his peers and colleagues within the company and the industry. In 2007 he was inducted into The Mortgage Gallery’s Hall of Fame.
Mark obtained his early finance training with the Rural & Industries Bank of WA (now BankWest) and in 1989, Mark joined The Commonwealth Bank of Australia for a period of 8 years, predominantly as a Loans Manager.
Mark takes great pride in finding the appropriate loan for each individual client. The majority of his business is repeat clients, or referrals from people he has assisted, which is testament to the service he offers. As a member of the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia, service, integrity and honesty are paramount in all of his dealings with clients.
