I recently used Write Finance as my broker for a home loan. I already had a good idea of the type of loan package I wanted (like variable or offset), so there wasn’t much need for tailored advice on the loan type. To be fair, most brokers provide this service, so it’s not something that stands out. What made my experience with Write Finance stand out was the level of support and Mark's attention to detail. He identified that closing my credit card wasn’t necessary, even though banks often require it to secure a loan. Mark carefully analyzed my situation and worked out a solution that allowed me to get the loan I wanted while keeping my credit card open, which was important to me. Partway through the process, my loan type changed from a house purchase to a land-and-build package. Mark worked directly with the bank to make this adjustment, ensuring the transition was handled smoothly. He was proactive in meeting crucial deadlines, which was especially helpful given how stressful the settlement process can be. Mark often worked odd or extended hours to ensure everything stayed on track. Overall, Write Finance exceeded my expectations by focusing on my specific needs and delivering a solution tailored to my circumstances.
