Paid money for them to do a job - never got done. My husband was lied to time and time again regarding his business and how it was operating. A simple tax return took them over 7 months. They also disclosed private information about other customers (with the same surname) on more than one occasion. Avoid at all costs!!! Or it will cost you.

We trusted this company to handle our business finances professionally, and what we experienced instead was completely unacceptable. From the very beginning, there was a serious lack of integrity. Money was taken from us under the expectation that services would be delivered — but those services were either never completed or only partially done, with constant excuses and no accountability. We were repeatedly misled, told things were “being handled” when in reality nothing was progressing. What makes this even worse is the complete disorganisation and disregard for basic client care. On multiple occasions, our business was confused with other clients, which is not just unprofessional — it’s alarming. This level of incompetence led to our personal and business information being shared without our consent, which is a massive breach of trust and privacy. For a company that deals with sensitive financial matters, this behaviour is beyond concerning. There was no attention to detail, no ownership of mistakes, and no effort to rectify ongoing issues. We were left chasing answers, cleaning up problems that should never have existed in the first place, and questioning where our money actually went. If you value your business, your finances, and your privacy, I would strongly recommend staying well clear. This experience has been stressful, costly, and completely avoidable had we chosen a company that operates with honesty and professionalism. Also special mention to avoid Carly - she’s rude and unprofessional, and the main issue behind our problems.
