I was introduced to Martin by Bailey White after a disappointing experience with a previous broker. That broker had overlooked critical details in my application, specifically, my status as an overseas resident and the inclusion of negative gearing—which ultimately was removed and a bank reassessment of a $200K reduction in my borrowing capacity. As a result, I lost a property that I had under offer!
