Great experience all round. I was refinancing and was looking around and had considered switching to one of the online only home loan options as they had the lowest interest rates but after reading reviews was a bit wary so decided to go through Aussie as you are dealing with real people in real time. From start to finish the whole process was a breeze, we never met in person but over the phone/email/sms & video meeting Mary gave me good options, made everything easy to understand and was patient waiting for me to get back to her at various stages.
