My name is Mary Todorova and I am both a Finance Broker and the Director of Affiliate Finance and Property.

I have been actively engaged in the finance industry for almost three decades and over the course of this time, I have been a business banker, commercial area manager and the trusted broker to hundreds of home owners and property investors and have brokered thousands of loans.

I am passionate about property and as a seasoned property investor myself, I understand that obtaining the right advice, having the right strategies and setting up the correct structures is the key to building a strong performing property portfolio. As a result, I will provide you with clarity and direction for both simple and complex finance scenarios, structure your finance based around your specific objectives, obtain the funding for you using a broad selection of lending institutions and capitalise on my knowledge of lender policy to enable a smooth application process.
