We were recommended Matthew by a friend when we decided to purchase our first property. Being complete rookies, Matt supported us whilst we searched for the perfect place. During our time with Matt, we had to navigate constant rate increases continually changing our purchasing power and disruptions to the market, all the while Matt kept us continually updated and informed. He negotiated the best pre-approvals for our situation and supported us when we decided to pull out of one property. He was always available to answer our questions and talked us through the whole buying process when we did eventually find the perfect place.
