Centrone Finance was recommended to us by a close friend, whom had also received recommendations of the company to him by 2 more of his friends who don't know each other.. So we took it as an obvious sign of great service. They definitely went above and beyond our expectations. We started our journey with Matt and the team on Zoom during lockdown who was able to explain things to us very easily and ran through some scenarios live on Zoom once he understood our our needs and wants. Matt and particularly, Vic, who is a great asset to the team, were more than willing to run more scenarios for us depending on the house and offer we were planning to make. They were very patient with us, constantly kept us in the loop and followed up frequently. Every question or request was met with the same willingness to assist us and with the same high level of attention to detail. I had expected for this process to be quite stressful given we are first home buyers but the team at Centrone made this very easy, comfortable and surprisingly, FUN!
