I contacted Goodwin after being rejected for a loan and needing some financial know how while working through a complicated settlement (divorce) situation. Chevvy and Matt went above and beyond from the first initial meeting discussing my situation to settlement. The service is free as their commission if received from the lender. They negotiated competitive rates for refinancing an existing loan and getting a new loan, whilst meeting my preferences in relation to account facilities, repayments etc. Communication was exceptional, quick and easy via email, text, phone calls. They provided updates on my behalf to real estate agents, conveyancers and the lender, explaining circumstances in clear terms.
