I have been supported by Matt, a local person, and his staff since 2023 when I almost got my application for a re-finance over the line. Sadly I had to put everything on hold. Since then Matt has stayed in touch gently supporting from afar. I chose to go back to Matt because of my first impressions with him in my initial dealings with him. It is now 2026 and I can gratefully and genuinely shout it out that Matt and his amazing Client Services Manager Rachel have got me over the line which seemed, to me, like a marathon but with their expertise it was just a matter of gently reassuring me as I walked over the finish line.
