Went with finance four back in 2020 when we purchased our first home and they were quite good, so we thought we would give them another go this time around only to be disappointed. My wife enquired with them at the start of December 2021 where they informed us that they were going to be busy as expected, we were fine with this as our finance wasn’t due until April. My wife has messaged/called/emailed several times now and no response. The moment my wife emailed to complain within two hours she got a response. Really disappointed as a mortgage broker you would think they would understand the stress associated with purchasing a house/ getting finances and they didn’t even have the decency to respond to any of our queries. We understand it’s a busy time of the year and did not expect any mountains to be moved for us but just a courtesy message to say “hey we haven’t forgotten about you, blah blah blah” which would take seconds a minute max. If you want a company that communicates and understands, I’d probably look else where.
