Max Waller

Max Waller is a professional Mortgage Broker and a passionate property and finance adviser. His professional career has always been about property and finance. He joined his family’s real estate business, Waller Realty P/L, in 1986 and, after buying out the business, he established it as the number one real estate group in it region (Central Victoria). After moving to Melbourne in 1998 he entered the world of commercial, industrial and residential development real estate. During this time Max worked with MAB Corporation, a Melbourne based property developer with projects including the $1+ billion “New Quay” Docklands development, and was a member of the Auction Committee of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), where he administered policy and training for auctioneers in Victoria. 15 years into his property career Max re-educated into the property finance sector initially as a licensed mortgage broker leading to his role today as owner and CEO of Provincial Group.

Max is the a Licensed Estate Agent, Officer in Effective Control and Credit License Holder for the group, a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (AREI), and member of Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
