With a distinguished career spanning two decades in the financial services sector, Mecala Hale emerges as a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience. For the past six years, Mecala has dedicated her expertise as a Mortgage Broker on the Central Coast, seamlessly blending this with her second role as a Broker Assistant. This multifaceted experience has allowed her to continually expand her industry knowledge, drawing insights from collaborative efforts with other brokers.

Prior to her pivotal role as a Mortgage Broker and assistant, Mecala spent a decade contributing to a large Financial Institution. Her versatility was displayed in various capacities, from Branch Assistant and Loans Administration Officer to the impactful role of Learning & Development Coordinator.

Mecala's journey in the financial services industry commenced in Foreign Exchange, laying the foundation for her subsequent roles. Over the years, she has diligently cultivated her expertise through a combination of ongoing learning and hands-on experience, establishing herself as a trusted professional in the field.

A proud resident of the Central Coast, Mecala's love for the region is reflected not only in her professional pursuits but also in her personal life. She grew up on the Central Coast and ended up building the family home at Wadalba with her husband, two boys and the only other girl in the household, their fur baby, Gilly. Outside of work, she enjoys beach days, camping getaways, early morning gym sessions and every few years an overseas holiday. Mecala values this quality time spent with friends and family, allowing her to combine a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle with her career goals.
