This was our third time using Melina as our mortgage broker, and once again she was absolutely fantastic. She helped us settle our house and was incredibly dedicated throughout the entire process even after we asked her to run a new financial scenario for the 10th time (sorry) Melina was proactive, clear, and always kept us updated, even when there were issues and we couldn’t get answers from our conveyancer. We felt like Melina was genuinely committed to getting the best outcome. We have used Melina for two home purchases and a refinance now, and we will definitely continue using her in the future.
