We were investing in two town house builds simultaneously and required split loans for each of them, which we found out banks don't do any more. Add into the mix that I am currently on maternity leave, and Emma was able to pull off a miracle, not only finding a lender to green light the purchases, but a great end product solution that fit our requirements. I found out that she and Melissa (not only two brokers working on our deal, but the director of Smart Lending included) sourced four valuations at their own cost to gain a favourable solution for us, when the first report came back negative.
