Fantastic experience buying a house with Merilyn as my broker, I will be recommending her to anyone looking for a broker in the future! She was so lovely and easy to work with, very organised, and gave me a great range of loan options to choose from, with competitive rates. I had gotten in touch with Merilyn very early on in my house buying process, many months before I was eventually ready to purchase. She was really happy to send me valuations for lots of properties during this time, and kept in touch regularly to check how things were progressing. When I was ready to submit my pre-approval, we had it back within 24 hours, and when I had an offer accepted, I got formal approval in about 48 hours - fantastic! Merilyn was happy to work in the way that worked best for my work schedule, and we managed to complete the entire process virtually via phone/text/email/online, which was extremely convenient for me. She also recommended a conveyancer, who was excellent too. Merilyn is quick to communicate or respond to any questions, and we formed a fantastic rapport working together. She made a stressful process as smooth and easy as it could possibly be. Merilyn was also genuinely excited for my purchase and called me to congratulate me on my new home. A really genuinely lovely experience with her as my broker, I couldn’t be happier.
