About Mes Ulusoylu

Mes has spent the last 20 years of his career in the property and finance industry. His career began in property management, and progressed through to sales, commercial & retail leasing, and evolved into finance and mortgage broking over more recent years. Over the course of his career, Mes has developed an acute understanding of the property buying, building, and financing process from inception to completion.

In 2020, Mes founded his mortgage brokerage Blackrock Lending and after taking some time off during 2024 due to the birth of his daughter, Mes has now pivoted into specialising in self-managed super fund (SMSF) finance, which has brought about the inception of Altura Wealth.

In addition to facilitating the purchase of property, he has been – and continues to be – an active investor in residential & commercial property and small-scale property developments.
