I first found Mia whilst scrolling through Tik Tok. The extensive knowledge that she openly shares in her videos and on her lives, her down to earth personality and honesty is what stood out to me. After watching her content and joining her lives, I reached out. As first home buyers, we bombarded Mia with so many questions, some I admit showed my lack of understanding, but she answered each one promptly and with so much kindness and patience. The time and effort she put into helping us made me feel important and if I didn’t know better I would have thought that she didn’t have any other clients to assist. THOSE IN THE BACK... LISTEN UP I had zero clue what I was doing when it came to buying a house… and if I’m honest, not much clue what a broker could actually do for us either. I was casually scrolling TikTok (as you do) when Mia popped up and something about her just felt… normal. No BS, no sales pitch, just straight-up honest. At that point, my husband and I had just started looking (which already felt like 84 years 🫠). He wasn’t sold on using a broker, but I went rogue and reached out anyway and thank god I did. From the start, Mia was unreal. I came in as a full chaos client changing my mind every 5 minutes, throwing random scenarios at her like: “What if we borrow more?” “What if we borrow less?” “What if we rentvest?” “What if we move to the middle of nowhere??” Not once did she crack. Calm, patient, and somehow always able to explain things in a way that actually made sense. There were moments I was genuinely spiralling (you know… casually taking on the biggest debt of your life 🥴), and Mia just handled it. Talking me off the ledge, keeping me grounded honestly, part broker, part therapist at this point. She didn’t just help us get a loan, she made us feel confident in what we were doing, which is huge when you’ve got no idea where to start. If you’re on the fence about using a broker this is your sign. Just call Mia. Save yourself the stress, the confusion, and probably a few minor breakdowns. Truely greatful for all that she did. Cannot recommend her enough.
