I actually met Mia during my time in the Army, so there was already a level of trust there, but she completely exceeded my expectations throughout the entire home loan process. She was always available, honestly felt like 24/7 support even going out of her way to help over weekends when needed. What really stood out was how well connected she is. She had all the right contacts and took care of organising everything seamlessly, which saved me a huge amount of time and effort.
