I was SO apprehensive to even start the process of looking to buy property and the thought of going through applying for a home loan scared me so much as I had no idea where to start or even what to ask. I viewed a property and that real-estate agent called me to ask if I wanted an initial call with a broker they recommend to just simply start somewhere. I reluctantly said yes and they connected me with Michael Brandt. After that first phone call I was so excited to jump into it because I knew Michael was the right person to help me through it all! Michael guided me through the whole process, providing incredible insight, advice and in the end helping me obtain the best home loan option. Michael not only has the experience, but he has a great relatable personality which makes you feel comfortable asking any 'stupid' question. He broke everything down so I could understand and always responded to my emails, texts and calls almost immediately. I cannot recommend Michael more!
