Balcombe Financial was founded by finance and mortgage broker Michael Flinos, a former banker with over 20 years of experience across corporate banking, loan origination, relationship management and property finance. A full member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, bringing both the academic grounding and real-world know-how that clients can rely on.
Having spent his career on the inside of Australia's major banks, Michael understands exactly how lenders think, how credit decisions are made, and how to structure finance in a way that works. That inside knowledge is what he built Balcombe Financial on when he founded the firm in 2018, with a clear purpose: to make property finance straightforward, stress-free and genuinely client-focused.
