Couldn't recommend the team at LadyBird HomeLoans enough! If you're reading this trying to choose a good team then look no further! My partner and I had been to a few other brokers trying to obtain finance for our first home but hadn't had any luck. We had been told our case was too difficult (in not so direct wording) and to come back in 9-12 months and try again. Michael and Sarah managed to work their magic and were able to obtain a fantastic loan which made our first home loan a reality. And just to add to how fantastic they are - not only an amazing loan - a loan with a MAJOR LENDER and withOUT Mortgage insurance due to us being in the medical field! So much for being too difficult lol. Major, major thanks again to Michael and Sarah - you two are the best! You have literally helped our dreams come true! EDIT: we had not dealt with Maria prior to this review being posted. Wow, we have just brought our first home. We started our jerney with a different broker, who filled us up with fluse hope and broken dreams. whom made us feel confused and dishearten. Outstanding service, communication and delivery! My partner and I went to a different mortgage broker before knowing about Ladybird, and were messed around so much. It was such a devastating and discouraging experience, we were quite wary of who we went to next, and if we’d ever be able to get our own home (especially with the tricky circumstances we had at the time). We were recommended Ladybird, and met with Michael. Michael was aware of our bad experience with our former broker, and was able to build trust with us quite quickly by giving us firm figures we could go out into the market with. We found a house, and Michael, Jess and Sam worked tirelessly to make it happen for us. They had such great communication; no question was ever too much; and we could see they genuinely cared about getting us our home - the latter was abundantly obvious.
