Specialising in Small Business, Commercial, Residential and Investment lending, Michael Gavan is an experiences Mortgage Broker who offers solutions that look at long term strategy and strategic loan structures and prides himself on negotiating the best rates possible for all of his clients.

Michael is passionate about getting the very best for his customers and as a business owner, avid property investor, and a local to Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, he understands what is important to his customers.

Prior to Innovative Home & Business Finance, Michael Gavan has had more than 8 years’ banking experience in Senior Roles including Bank Management & Business Banking.

Outside of Innovative Home & Business Finance, Michael is a huge sports fan – particularly rugby league, soccer and cricket. Having grown up in Maitland, Michael is passionate about giving back to his local sporting clubs and schools and currently sponsors Bolwarra Bushrangers Junior Soccer Club and St Mary’s, Maitland Senior Rugby League Team.
