Cannot thank Mick Chardon enough for helping my partner and I purchase our first home. Throughout the entire process Mick was incredibly helpful, from explaining different loan types, discussing which banks would suit out needs, all the way to the closing date. Mick was particularly helpful in his attention to detail when providing documents to the bank to determine what preapproval we could get. We didn't look like ideal buyers due to casual work, extended holidays which reduced what it looked like our annual income was, and in my case only holding my current job for a short amount of time. Mick ensure that every angle was covered and had evidence provided so that we could get the loan we needed to purchase our home. We also had a rocky start, where we had to pull out of a property after putting our deposit down due to undisclosed unapproved building over storm water easements.
