I honestly don't even know where to begin. Months ago, my builder went bankrupt and I lost $30,000. To say I had lost faith in building a home or even getting a home loan would be an understatement. When I made an enquiry with AMB and Belinda suggested I speak to Stanford. I really wasn't keen. After everything that had happened, I just didn't have much trust left. She told me she'd get Richie to call me, and looking back now, I'm so incredibly glad she did. Richie was the first person I spoke to, and from day one he genuinely cared. It never felt like I was just another customer. He listened, understood what I'd been through, empathised and did everything he could to help me. Talking with Richie was always warm, honest and inviting. Every time we spoke, it felt more like talking to a friend than someone helping me get a loan. Then we have Mitch he was absolutely amazing. I was stressed, anxious and terrified of all the numbers involved in the process. I can’t even count how many times I’ve rang and he has picked the phone up to hear “hey man I’m just wondering if I go get a meal at the pub would that be okay? Or would my statements look bad” 😂 but Mitch had a way of explaining everything that made it all make sense. He broke things down so extremely simple and never made me feel silly for asking questions. No matter how worried I was, he always made me feel like everything was going to be okay. That level of reassurance meant more than he'll probably ever know. Sheree was an absolute powerhouse. She fought for me every step of the way though and nail she chased up absolutely everything. If I had a question, she had an answer. If she didn't have it immediately, she'd have it for me before the day was over. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Her knowledge, determination and commitment were incredible, and I honestly couldn't recommend her highly enough. The three of them made an overwhelming and emotional process feel manageable. They believed in me when I was struggling to believe in the process myself. They didn't just help me get a home loan, they helped restore the confidence and trust I'd lost after one of the most difficult experiences of my life. To everyone at Stanford Financial, thank you. You went so far above and beyond anything I could have expected. I don't think I'll ever be able to truly put into words how grateful I am for everything you've done for me and my family. You've helped me get back on track towards building my dream home, and that's something I will never forget. I would glowingly recommend Stanford to absolutely anyone.

Really can’t say enough about Richard, Mitch and the rest of the team. We came to them with a serious, time critical problem inherited from another broker that may have cost us our home while financing an investment. Not only did they solve it and refinance the existing loan to a much lower rate, they came up with the best deal anyone had offered by far and we went from our first call with Stanford, to approved by the bank in four business days. They literally saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars. This is without question, pivotal to helping us move forward in life. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you guys, we will be back:)

Once again wanting to thank the wonderful team at Stanford for all of their hard work and dedication with refinancing my home loan! It’s been a year on from settlement of my first property and although it’s been a very stressful time keeping up with bills, repayments and all of life’s responsibilities but at least I have the support of Stanford financial to keep me on track.
