This agency needs neutrality in disagreements. People who are planning to put hard earned money might have legitimate concerns to not proceed with certain advice. You can't trivialize them or get aggressive if they have expressed that they aren't willing to go down a specific path. I won't go into every specifics of our discussions, but we were not treated properly.
