2026 : changed to 5 stars again after refinancing. Mohit Lal Pradhan was proactive in reaching out with options available in the market for a lower interest rate and cash back. This helped me reduce my interest rate by 0.24% and earned a net cash back after discharge fees of $1500. Had they not reached out I would be unaware of the options and would have continued with the current lender. Pratima Rijal was the assigned loan specialist and was also exceptional in her communication and efficient in reaching out to the banks and seeking reaponses to queries which helped speed up the process. I would like to thank HLE for the smooth end to end loan refinance process. 2020: 5 stars. Clear in their communications, responsive at all times, ready to listen patiently to your requirements, proactive in their dealings with clients and real time information provided as and when updates received from the banking partner. All in all, very professional. Would highly recommend. 2020 : update after 2 months. Loan Processing Specialist (LPS) went on leave 2 days before settlement without communicating and there were issues pending resolution. Tried getting in touch over phone and email for 2 days without success. Reached out to the Head Office a day before settlement but the receptionist said the LPR is not on the staff list (What ???). Issue was finally resolved by the main broker but there should be proper communications to clients when staff managing the client goes on leave. Will still go with them in the future though as everything else was really well managed. Changing rating to 4 stars.
