We have been clients of Monica’s for six years, and throughout that time she has delivered exceptional results for our family across multiple property purchases, refinances, and lending scenarios. Our journey started in 2020 when we were building our first home. After experiencing significant delays with another broker, Monica stepped in and secured finance approval within just three days. From that point forward, we knew we were working with someone special. In 2022, we sold our property in Ripley and purchased our home in Rochedale South. This was far from a straightforward transaction, with four separate loans needing to settle before ours could proceed. Thanks to her persistence, we achieved a successful outcome and were able to move forward with the purchase. Over the past six years, our circumstances have changed significantly. We’ve experienced company restructures, entity and directorship changes, my wife transitioning from full-time employment to becoming a full-time mum, and a lending environment heavily impacted by rising interest rates. None of our applications have been simple, yet Monica has consistently found a way to make things happen. What sets Monica apart is that she genuinely puts her clients first. She fights for the best possible outcome, negotiates hard with lenders, and always acts in our best interests. At no point have we ever felt that she was motivated by anything other than achieving the best result for us. Quite simply, Monica is worth her weight in gold.
