We have been clients of Monica’s for six years, and throughout that time she has delivered exceptional results for our family across multiple property purchases, refinances, and lending scenarios. Our journey started in 2020 when we were building our first home. After experiencing significant delays with another broker, Monica stepped in and secured finance approval within just three days. From that point forward, we knew we were working with someone special. In 2022, we sold our property in Ripley and purchased our home in Rochedale South. This was far from a straightforward transaction, with four separate loans needing to settle before ours could proceed. Monica coordinated with all parties involved, managed the complexities of the PEXA process, and ensured everything settled successfully.
