Back in January my partner and I met with a broker named Naga Oggu who firstly arrived 20 minutes late to our scheduled appointment. After our appointment, she advised she’d be in contact with us in the next week about our provided pay checks and we never heard anything from her. She also said she’d be in contact with us in March to progress what we were seeking. No call ever received. We received a call yesterday in April from somebody else trying to offer us their services… We have been effectively supported now by Victorian Property Finance. Highly recommend you stay clear of this branch. Very very poor service. If only I could leave a zero star review

When we didn't get a new appointment with the person that originally spoke to us we had our appointment updated to Naga, who also ended up being atrociously late to our appointment. Called twice to update her arrival time. Couldn't provide us with information on the spot and said to provide our payslips and would get back to us next week. We heard nothing in return. We eventually pursued another broker when a friend referred us. Months later we still hear nothing from Aussie Home Loans. I then get a call randomly yesterday by someone saying they were informed we wanted to receive a call back? Not even the original person we spoke to, and despite me telling them multiple times we already have a new broker and are being supported actually efficiently, still tried to sell me on Aussie to support us. Sorry but the service was atrociously slow and inconsiderate with the lack of continuity of service provider. Don't expect the people at this branch to prioritise you, or even remember you.
