Extremely disappointing experience. We reached out to this mortgage broker to assist with financing for our upcoming move. It took weeks just to get an appointment, and that only happened after we pushed for one. My partner attended the meeting as I had work commitments, and when I followed up by email to clarify next steps, I received a very rude and passive-aggressive phone call from Nathan. He implied that I must have misunderstood my partner and suggested I “speak to him” to understand the process — as if we’re still living in the 1950s. It’s 2025, and the assumption that only the husband deals with financial matters is not only outdated but frankly misogynistic. Would not recommend. Poor communication, unprofessional attitude, and absolutely no respect for women clients.
