Very (very) prompt, easy to use, approachable, friendly and receptive team. Very responsive to needs and personal circumstances, available to chat when needed and taking the extra step to help secure best outcomes without needing to be asked or prompted. I consider myself somewhat financially illiterate, and waaay to busy to bother about details, and too forgetful to notice what details I haven't followed up with. I felt not shame in asking questions or providing information, or needing to undertake what was being asked of me. Nathan and the team made it seem like nothing was a hassle or difficult and really considerate to circumstances. Can't recommend these guys enough.
