I would give no stars to Nathan if I could. He is not willing to communicate with us at all and brings us a lot of stress for our home loan application. Not recommended at all.

I trusted Nathan with something incredibly important, securing finance so my family could have a home. Unfortunately, the experience became one of the most stressful and disappointing processes I’ve dealt with. The main issue was the complete lack of communication. Weeks would go by with little to no updates, and I was constantly left chasing answers. What made things worse was contacting the bank we were meant to be proceeding with, only to be told there wasn’t even an application lodged, despite being under the impression things were progressing. When people are dealing with home loans, land titles, deadlines, and trying to provide stability for their families, communication is everything. Silence creates stress, uncertainty, and loss of trust. I understand delays can happen, but honesty and transparency should never disappear. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely feel others should know my experience before trusting such an important process to this business. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the service based on my experience.

We had initially applied for a home loan directly with one of the big four banks however due to processing delays, it appeared that we would miss our finance approval date, potentially resulting in the cancellation of the contract. We were referred to Nathan as someone who could help us in this sticky situation and true enough, Nathan worked his magic to ensure that our finance was approved on time.
