I have never used a mortgage broker before throughout properties portfolio, at first I was skeptical about the whole process the fees and service that will be available to me in comparison with going directly to a bank. However I took my chance and came across “Emilian Lending Solutions Pty Ltd” and Nerses was my broker. Nerses help me organize my mortgage from beginning to end for my upcoming purchase, he also help me refinance my existing investment properties. I have to say after using a mortgage broker I would never go back to dealing with the bank directly. Nerses was very attentive and detail in his approach, he walk me through all the options that was available based on our financial position, he also help us to leverage exceptional interest rate which I typically won’t get directly from the bank. He work tirelessly communicating with the bank/solicitor to ensure the finance was approved in a timely manner so settlement could go ahead as planned.
