We chose Entourage because we loved the idea of having our mortgage broker, conveyancer and the different pieces of the home-buying process all in one place and honestly, it’s a decision that has really paid dividends. Aggie, from the conveyancing team, has been an absolute gem. She is incredibly detail-oriented, genuinely invested in us and just an absolute delight to deal with. She’s thorough without making things feel overwhelming, always takes the time to explain things properly, and is clearly very well respected by the agents she works with. What has meant the most to us, though, is how personally she has taken the journey with us. She has checked in on us so many times throughout the process, including after we missed out on a property just to see how we were doing. Those little things make such a difference when buying a home can feel like a bit of an emotional rollercoaster. We’ve really felt like she has had our backs the whole way through. She is a huge asset to Entourage and anyone would be lucky to have her in their corner. Nick and Jack have also been fantastic on the finance side. We had an auction unexpectedly brought forward and they went above and beyond to try to get our pre-approval across the line in time. They kept us updated, kept pushing things along with the bank and did everything they could to make sure we were in the best position possible. It made a stressful situation feel so much more manageable. And Ken from the legal team was also incredibly helpful, taking the time to witness some documents we needed along the way. It was such a small thing, but having someone in-house who could help us out made the whole process that much easier and more convenient. That’s probably been the biggest benefit of using Entourage, having everyone in one place means the different parts of the process actually feel connected. We haven’t had to spend our time coordinating between different people who don’t know what the other is doing, and that convenience has been invaluable. We’re still on our home-buying journey, but we’ve felt incredibly supported along the way. Couldn’t be more grateful to have Aggie, Nick and Jack and the wider Entourage team in our corner, and would happily recommend them to anyone going through the process!
