Nick Ash is a qualified Mortgage Broker based in Richmond, VIC. With a Bachelor of Business (Finance) and his Diploma in Mortgage Broking, Nick has spent 12 years in the finance and banking world gaining experience on both sides of the lending transaction. He is passionate about helping his clients grow their wealth through property and helping those with complex scenarios find creative solutions to their individual needs.
Nick’s focus is on communication and relationships, the foundation for a strong working partnership with each of his clients. Nick also enjoys a challenge. He had a client who purchased an investment property without first getting their finance approved. After their bank declined their application, they got in touch with Nick in desperate need of a solution with the risk of losing their deposit. Nick was able to propose a restructure of their current debt, payout of minor debts and source a specialist lender to meet their needs. The settlement went ahead on time and the client was, of course, over the moon.
Nick is able to assist in all forms of home loan lending however he specialises in commercial transactions including commercial property funding, development finance, working capital/cashflow lending, debtor finance, equipment and asset finance
