About Nick Chen

Nick Chen is a Mortgage Broker based in Glen Waverley, VIC. Nick started his banking and finance career 9 years ago, working for one of the major 4 banks in Australia. He started with providing services for unsecured lending and then transitioned into a role assisting clients with their home loan maintenance needs. After 3 years, Nick decided to step out of his comfort zone to help clients with all banking products at his local branch. Nick’s personable manner and care led him to find an interest in Mortgage Lending.

In early 2017, Through Nick’s drive for continuous improvement and his ambition to grow, he was offered an opportunity to venture into Mortgage Brokering. This was where Nick spent time shadowing and learning from the top mortgage brokers in the country. During this period, Nick assisted with a wide range of clients: First home buyers, residential to commercial investors and many more.

This, in addition to his experience working at the banks, gave Nick a set of skills that allows him to understand his clients and provide them with recommendations that are tailored to their needs. Nick prides himself on being able to assist homeowners and property investors with sound advice, while making the process seamless, informative and easy to understand.
