Responsive & knowledgeable - Nick has helped my husband and I with all our banking needs for the last few years and we wouldn't go to any other broker. Nick has taken care of our construction loan, investment loan and even a smsf loan!! We are always given the best options based off our needs. Our most recent refinance got us in with a bank we had never heard of with a very competitive rate. We can do everything online/over the phone which suits our busy schedule. Nicl has great customer service, is responsive and knows what he is talking about. High recommend - he takes out all the effort in refinancing and it results in saving thousands in interest (refinance for better rates).
